We are now identified as one of the growing Engineering Organisation working on Consultancy, Audit, Pre-Bid Assistance & Engineering Solutions.
At the outset, we faced many challenges in gaining appreciation & reaching to the point where we can foresee ourselves on the peak. Amit Anil Udgirkar
Amit is a chemical Engineer by profession. As a first-generation Entrepreneur, he founded Raditech Solutions in Year 2017 with a vision to add his Socio-economic contribution in Water & Wastewater field. Deeply passionate about his field, he has developed his own ways to serve the Industry. He has worked with organisations like Wytewater Technologies, Eureka Forbes & Driplex Water until finally he completed his employment with Praj Industries in the year of 2017.
During his journey till date, he acquired deep knowledge on Water Chemistry, Various Conventional & Advanced Technologies. After completing his successful tenure with Praj, he started his dream company. Water is a defragmented market & there are thousands on companies surviving in this field by starting their own ventures. But Raditech is more focused on doing things differently than the conventional ways of doing business. By sensing the market demand and need of an hour, Raditech started providing an Engineering solutions where either customers have limited resources, or they require special expertise in water/Wastewater. In both the cases, Raditech can value add.
During Pandemic Situation, on an experimental basis, Amit grouped the experienced engineering experts from Water & Wastewater field together and provided Engineering & Procurement solution to an Indian company executing a project in the USA and having resource & Expertise limitations. From there, now Raditech has become a Regular & integral Engineering hand for many organisations.
Raditech is also aware about the Technical shortcomings of the young Engineers in Water & Wastewater systems. For this reason, shortly, Raditech will be starting a chain of blogs / Case Studies & Trainings by the Water Experts on various aspects of Water & Wastewater Treatment Solutions. This will bring Youngsters & even the Experienced personnel better insight.

Shivani Dixit Masodkar
Shivani is a chemical Engineer with 32+ years rich experience in Water, Wastewater & Sea Water Desalination Projects. She possesses a strong Proposal & Engineering record in various Water & Wastewater Leading Organisations. She started her career with Indocan Industries (Formerly knows as GACO SYSTEMS) and held several key positions in Hyflux, VATECH WABAG and finally joined as Proposal & Engineering head in Praj Industries Ltd. During her tenure with these organisations, she handled various big projects. During her tenure worked with various consultants like Engineers India ltd, Jacobs, Tata Consulting Engineers, DESEIN, Tata Projects, TOYO Engineering, FICHTNER, DCPL.
After completing her employment with Praj, as a Solopreneur, she has worked with various EPC groups such as Triveni, Tata Consulting Engineers, Thermax etc.
She has a experience in the Design & Engineering of wide range of Project capacities from 100 KLD to 600 MLD. She leaded the teams to work on various project like CPCL- Chennai, HEML, Bhatinda Refinery, DEVA with TCE, Jubail 3A Project with UTICO, Solapur Municipal Corporation with Blue stream consultants, Triveni Engineering Delhi.
Shivani, although a solopreneur, is also an integral part of Raditech Solutions. With her, Raditech has successfully completed 4 Engineering projects till date. Her USP is her passion about Low Cost, Accuracy & First-Time-Right concept while working on any assignment. Her experience brings Raditech various insights about many Unit operations & technologies
Shrikant Bhagwan Kanade
Shrikant is a Backbone of Process & Mechanical Engineering for Raditech Solutions. By Profession, He is a Mechanical Engineer from Pune University with 11+ Years’ Experience. Previously, he has worked with Cleantech Systems Pvt Ltd and Metito Overseas Ltd. He has a rich experience particularly in Design and validation of Layouts, Dosing Skids, Static Equipment’s, Plant Piping Material Design & verification, Structural supports, and piping arrangement, Preparing BOM for all Static Equipments, and 3D modelling of plant. He has a very good hand at Solid Works, Plant 3D & AutoCAD.
He was responsible for Process & Mechanical Engineering for various projects for Tupas Refinery, WAMAX water, Crossflow Solutions, Alstom Jubair, JAWA Samsung, Praj Industries, & Mega Engineering, to name a few.
He has worked on the cost-effective systems like Sea Water Desalination, Demineralisation, Wastewater, Wastewater Recycling and Condensate Polishing etc. Along with these profiles, With Raditech Solutions, he also undertakes various portfolios other than the mentioned i.e. preparing Piping GA, Project co-ordination, Document Review & control.
